Saturday 17th October 2009, Snowcrazy Mike here with a very early snow report.
The snow has arrived very early to cheer us up. Get on the phones and book a holiday with us in the ever snow-sure La Rosiere!. We have some great deals for groups of 8 or more. It´s dumping down and settling, about an inch in the last hour. The mountain has been very cold for a week now, typical! I have just had my knee fixed and in rehab! More snow forecast later in the week. I love it!!!!!

LOOKING BACK AT THE 2008/9 SEASON...

Our first snowfall was on 18th November and we had very good piste conditions throughout the season with some very heavy snowfalls early December and January. Conditions stayed good right until the end of April.

LOOKING BACK AT THE 2007/8 SEASON...

Starting on the 14th November with our first major snowfall and with regular snowfalls throughout the season, La Rosiere was in the top 5 french ski resorts for snow depth and it snowed right up to the end of April.

A MESSAGE FOR TONY FROM SNOWCRAZY……

Where’s your global warming now Tony Blair?
It’s dumping with snow in La La Rosiere.
Not a few inches but two feet or more,
It’s snow so deep I couldn’t get out of my door!

The sun will be out tomorrow.
But it’s minus 15 and cold.
It’s about time you learnt to ski
Before you get old!

So get off your ass,
Leave your worries behind.
Get knee deep in powder
And grab some peace of mind.

I have fat skis waiting
So what do you say?
Come and join me,
mike@snowcrazy.co.uk!

Looking back at the 2006-07 season...What a super season!...

Whilst everyone below was suffering with lack of snow from Morzine to Meribel, La Rosiere was blessed with regular dumps of snow and glorious sunshine just like always. The routes over to Italy were almost always open and there were some glorious powder days to look back on. Those of our guests whom we were priviledged to ski with, thank you and we hope you come back to sunny, snowy La Rosiere.

p.s...It´s the 6th July and it snowed last night! C´mon, give us a break!
